Mr. Naik targets hotels that produce a minimum twenty percent (20%) Cash on Cash Return for buyer, from the beginning. Once under contract, Naik has a eighty five percent (85%) closing ratio, due to him paying special attention to the buyer/seller and lenders needs to bring the deal to a successful close. Mr. Naik is recognized for his strong negotiation skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships with clients, external consultants, legal professionals, loan committee, and regulatory authorities.   • Shyam Patel

    Shyam Patel grew up in the hospitality industry, with his parents owning and operating hotels since they moved to the United States.

    Growing up, Shyam helped out around the hotels at a very early age and learned the business from there.  Shyam attended Texas Tech University and got his Bachelors in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. After graduation, Shyam joined the family business and worked closely with his family to own and operate brands such as Best Western, Wyndham, Choice.

    Having experience in the hotel industry along with the knowledge of the Texas Market, Shyam decided to get his Real Estate

    License to help other Owners and Operators on their Hotel Needs. Shyam worked in the Texas market for 4 years as a Real Estate Agent and now decided to join the Hotel Brokers of America team for National Exposure to help out buyers and sellers all across the United States.

  • Shivani Naik

    Shivani Naik has been actively learning about the hotel industry her whole life and is now playing a dynamic role in Hotel Brokers of America. Shivani is helping to transform the company’s operations. As a recent graduate from the University of California, Irvine, where she studied business, Shivani has been able to share a fresh perspective on how to engage a new generation of clients. Shivani is also working to increase Hotel Brokers of America’s brand exposure though various marketing tactics. Before joining her family business, Shivani entered the corporate workforce and held a senior leadership role with Target Corporation. Her involvement allowed her to gain insight into the structure and organizational flow of a Fortune 500 company, and she works diligently to apply her knowledge base to Hotel Brokers of America. Having recently received her sales license, Shivani is now a California agent representing Hotel Broker’s of America.

  • Stephanie Martin

    Stephanie began her real estate career in 2012, where she worked for a developer selling property in private resorts. She began working in the commercial real estate industry in 2018, primarily focusing on raw land for commercial development. She was asked to list a hotel, which was the beginning of what now has become her primary focus in real estate.

    Prior to real estate, she worked in the digital marketing field. She obtained her degree in Journalism from Richland College. Stephanie spent many years as a police reporter for Collin County local news publications.  She and her husband, Chris, love to play golf, travel and deep-sea fish.

  • Melissa Treat

    Melissa joined Hotel Brokers of America at the end of 2019. She is an experienced Executive Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in a variety of business environments including logistics and supply chain industry, financial services, and now commercial real estate field. She is skilled in communication, office administration, as well as lead and listing generating/management. Years of experience has created a strong, very well rounded administrative professional whom now aspires to attain her own license in the Real Estate field.

  • Jatin Jariwala

    Jatin “JT” Jariwala is the Principal Broker / Owner of 214Realty and an Associate Broker with Hotel Brokers of America.  He has been practicing as a Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas for over 9 years.

    Jatin live in Irving Texas with his wife and 2 kids.  He attended the University of North Texas, where he Graduated with a Bachelor’s of Finance in Business Administration and Management in 2000.

    After graduation JT initially went into the family business as a Hotel operator for a few years.  After this experience he moved to the corporate world working in the Mortgage Banking industry for 12 years holding various positions within Home Valuations, Business Operations and Relationship & Vendor Management.  While working in the Banking industry and preparing for a new challenge, JT worked towards obtaining his real estate salesperson license in 2012 and eventually obtaining his Broker’s license in 2014.

    He got his start in Residential sales and has since moved to Commercial sales focusing on Hotel / Motel sales.  He has worked on varying transaction from Homes, Land, Retail strip centers and Hotel sales.  It is this experience that has propelled him to succeed in Real Estate sales.  It has given him the Knowledge to spot (forecast) market trends, identify growth opportunities and valuations.

    Honesty and integrity have been the guiding principles in Jatin’s career as a Broker.  His background as a business owner for several business ventures has given his real estate business a high level of experience, leadership and professionalism.
